Workplace First Aid training was the best First Aid class I’d taken. Friendly patient trainer made the training easily understandable and took the time to reassure everyone had the correct practice. See yas again in July 😊

Workplace First Aid Training is brilliant. You come away feeling reassured and with the skills and understanding needed.

Easily the most enjoyable first aid training I've completed! I was filled with dread before attending and by the end was having such a great time. The trainers were friendly and encouraging and I've retained so much of what was learnt.

Workplace first aid training sets you up for life!!!!πŸ‘

Awesome class at St Clair surf club. Simple, easy to remember first aid training. Highly recommend

Hi Emily, thanks for your message. If you going to be a wee bit late no worries but if it’s just not safe and you might be a while we can happily swap you onto another course running next week no worries so you don’t miss any of the important course material. Just let us know thanks.

Hey there I’m stuck up Mount Grand and the roads are quite bad I’m not sure that I will be able to make it in today would it be possible to be put on another days course?

Hi there! I’ve messaged you but I live in Wakari! I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get there by 9 because our roads are still covered in snow. Am I able to come in a little bit later?

FABULOUS prize!!! I loooooove to get out for a walk to read my book, funnily enough I have never bumped into anything Sophie Hollands (I can't like the post sorry, facebook is having a melt down and wont let me boo) πŸ’œπŸ“šπŸ’œπŸ“šπŸ’œπŸ“šπŸ’œπŸ“šπŸ’œπŸ“šπŸ’œ

Favourite sport would definitely have to be Volleyball followed by Badminton. But have had to give up playing Volleyball for a while following a bad concussion from playing Volleyball in February last year and still not 100%. However hope to fully recover soon and be able to return to it in the next few months!

Love climbing the Papamoa Hills and likewise a brisk walk around Mauao Mt Maunganui or climb some days, gets the blood pumping that's for sure and you feel so alive.

Favourite sport - sled dog racing, being out in the cold mornings running around with a bunch of happy huskies, seeing the sun rise life doesn't get much better!

Football. Would be good to win so I can replace our team kit that I coach. And we have an event coming up that we could raffle off the other kit.

With Winter approaching our family will be spending lots of time up the mountain together skiing, this could be useful.

I’m loving Mountain Biking and now Kayaking. It’s so good for my medical, physical and mental health:

Love dancing and enjoy walking on my treadmill πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Favourite sport biking good way to get around. Best of all free parking as well.

Favourite sport was netball, but now it’s athletics for sure! 😊

I love hiking, the mountains, the scenery awwww just so good for the mind & body πŸ’•

Hockey! This would be great in my car as I work in healthcare and always need to be prepared!

Soccer, softball and hockey are our fav

Netball and Volleyball πŸ™‚

All types of Kayaking!! πŸ™‚

Walking

I'm in Cameroon Sport dance
